I'm in violent agreement with everything you've said. But look, I also have a lot of people, especially in the plumbing trades who have come through our program and now are really happy working in a union. A policy is either good for initiative or bad for initiative. If you're going to be in a union, you've got to follow the union rules. And even if you're doing your job, and Tom over here is goofing off all day, and you's going to have to pick up the slack, the union is going to protect Tom. That's what the Teamsters were telling me. You know? It just don't think that's right.
