Structure Formation Is What Helps Your Brain
Gasha: What i would really do, very concretely, is focus on structure formation. So if you're going two days a week, i would like go to the jem or anchor your exercise to your commute. You can't just create structure out of nothing. Gasha: I think i've sort of realized that, like, i know, the structure is what helps my brain.
