Is the Fremont Factory a Problem?

If tesla could suddenly become toyota from a manufacturing perspective, they would need an entire second fremont factory. They just signed an m o u for a factory in china. One way that they could slip out of this hat is they probably won't hit all these production targets. So though they'll make an admirable effort, stock price stay high. This is now making the bull case, they do an equity raise. And if you wanted to make the bullcase, you'd say, they'll be ble to raise all bit more money....
