Marketing Is a Step Away From the Customer

Marketing is in service to the customer, but they're also in service therest of the organization. Too many times marketing is a step behind and two steps away from what is actually going on. And so they need to get out of the building. Have to talk to customers. Don't don't assume before you have that conversation what's needed. Oh, well, we need a brocure. Why are you sure do youn how do you know who wants a brosure, you know? And howis it going to be used? You know. So maybe something like the picture book might be way more effective than anything else.
