And so they need to get out of the building. Have to talk to customers. Don't don't assume before you have that conversation what's needed. Oh, well, we need a brocure. Why are you sure do youn how do you know who wants a brosure, you know? And howis it going to be used? You know. So maybe something like the picture book might be way more effective than anything else.
