How to Fight a DMCA Claim on Etsy

There's, there's two ways or two issues you can come across people stealing your designs and then people claiming that you stole their designs. So I had to do a DMC counterclaim or a DMCA counterclaim where I messaged Etsy and I said, hey, this person stole my design. They put it on their shop and now I'm being flagged for my own IP. This is my IP and it was a whole thing,. But that store ended up getting shut down because Etsy looked at our listings and they saw, oh, hey, uh, she was the initial person. And also they found that they had other flags on their account. It was just something that happened to me
