"I hit hat a low point. I was so attached to things that i felt like i wanted outside of me and the things that i saw my friends doing and having, i just lost connection with feeling good about myself," she says. "We think we need things to look a certain way, to have certain things, to have a certain amount of followers, a certain amount alike", but it's not what creates inner joy. We put the key to unlocking the access to that inner joy is by practicing praising ourselves, thanking ourselves, loving ourselves." She explains how even in those tough moments when we can still find ways to love ourselves  we're able to tap into this.
