Insulin Resistance and Light Exposure

Sleep is very important because if you don't sleep well you develop insulin resistance and that's a huge problem especially postmenopausal women or older men they start losing their sleep. Light exposure at night going to bed too late being on your computer all the time things like that will cause insulin resistance. Any inflammatory condition in your body will make you insulin resistant so I always tell them staving from inflammation and inflammatory foods now since we are excluding diet here anything and everything that can cause significant chronic inflammation should be avoided.
