Meredith is a huge fan of the royal family and she used her sister's funeral as an excuse to go to the wedding. Meredith flew to London and you know she wasn't invited in the chapel. So that means she's standing out what in the street watching it on a jumbo tron. This was one of the biggest jumps for Meredith's character for me.
