Meditation and Anxiety
I'm a very anxious person, and I treated it by eating and drinking alcohol. One of the ways I've learned to deal with that is through meditation. It's not always like hippie-woo-woo stuff. Sometimes, meditating can just be sitting quietly by yourself for 10 minutes while you think it's weird that Ronald and Donald are names.
