Is There a Diagnosis of Anclosing Spondulo Altritis?

There are no ific, laborate tests. These patients do not have rhomatic factor, or they don't have acpa. So that these these are associated only with rhomatoid atritis and perhaps a secrention rom but so if you are you have a patient who has low back problems, there is no use to take those tests. But h l a b 27 is a test which might give a help to the diagnose because it's quite rare that patients without h a t b 27 tissue type would have chronic information in the back.
