The Importance of Listening to Your Board Members

I remember the first board meeting at Collinwood Football Club. I could tell virtually immediately that all my colleagues were on their best behaviour. There were no eruptions of disagreement or there was no bad language. Everybody was very respectful, staying in their lane. As soon as we'd broken the ice, we've been all great mates ever since.
