Creativity and Uncertainty

With uncertainty, we might fear that other people might see us as incompetent. Uncertainty presents opportunities to think and act in new ways. It's really the sign of when we should think creatively. We don't always have to be creative. Oftentimes we can follow while established routines and procedures. That's the most efficient, effective and sensible thing to do.
