Korea is very closely linked to the confusion in Chinese culture it comes out of. There's an agency of external cultural influence in South Korea, which I don't know if any other country has. Canada has that with Cancon, with bands on their popular radio. And now Korea basically has a cabinet level minister of Halleu.
