In our society, monogamy is the ideal. We have all these phrases for when one gets a divorce or when one breaks up. If someone's been married three times, it's subject of ridicule. You're not in certain religions, you're not allowed to divorce. Sled shaming is essentially just an expression of the ideal of monogamy. For anybody, regardless of gender, to have had sex with more than what society thinks you're supposed to have sex with, you're suddenly a bad person.
