The Power of Moments

In John Maxwell's book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, he talks about momentum. Reminding ourselves that we are not spectators, sitting in the stands and simply reacting to or complaining about the events taking place below. Too much of the time we react to that metaphorical heat in the kitchen as John alludes to. We're not only characters that have been created, we are ourselves creators.
