How Important Is Changing the Mindset of the Organization?
In change in traditional change management there is something called an impact assessment and that highlights the impact for stakeholders. I like to take it a little bit beyond a spreadsheet of impact or one focus group and really engage everyone throughout so until we map out everything then we're never going to know the impact of it. How important is changing the mindset of the organization or the other teams as well around because I can imagine in many organizations. Talk to me a little bit about how the mindset what kind of mindsets do we need to adopt in there if we're going to you know make changes.
