I like to structure my days so I'm making harder decisions in the morning. The stuff that takes a lot of brain power in the morning and then the stuff that's monotonous and just like bullshit get that all done in the evening. If anything starts become too stressful, usually I'd either stop doing it or pay someone to do it for me. Self-belief is essential if you're gonna go off and do your own things. You should be thinking about that every day and doing something to get there each day.
