The Importance of Having No Preference

And then three verses later it says established in yoga we could also say established in samadhi perform action. It's like if you want to shoot an arrow do you just put it on the bow and let go. No you have to pull it back first. Once you've realized your true nature you're not identified with the self then you can play with these things as well. At the beginning there is huge value to having no preference because having no preference stops this endless cycle of craving and aversion.
