You Don't Want to Pay State Tax in Arizona?
Jenna, you really don't have a choice. You need people to run your S corp where you live and operate. This is similar to Keith trying to live in California and run an S corp in Wyoming. So move the S corp to Arizona. That's cool. You're going to get out of the B and O. And you can move that entity over to Arizona very affordably and efficiently keep the same tax idea.
