Trama Informed - What Was Critical to the 20 15 Transition?

20 15 and on transition that hope works did, what were some of the things that were critical to its success? One of thems having leadership bought in. Our board was coming to training with us. Our executive director is not naturally trama informed. But he realizes how effective it is. And so a lot of folks who weren't on board were able to see how much of an impact it had on our young people. We went from measuring the amount of young people that finished our web training course in numbers to percentages.
