I wonder if some people who dread going to a gym for whatever reason if they may be not considered the possibility that they could have a personal trainer their house or in a park. A lot of coaches I know specifically in the last few years with the pandemic shifted a lot they do a lot more in person where I do some in-home work of people local just to kind of get a gathering together. There's always an avenue there's always a path you know to do it and I think that's it but you got to take that leap of faith sometimes and do it well.
