The Argument for Legalizing Drugs

I'm talking about decriminalizing very small quantities of some of these compounds like psilocybin, MDMA. If if people are so desperate to get hold of it, they're going to do it anyway. But they're also going to go underground and then they don't know what's in it. So you'd like someone to be able to at least go and test it somewhere or you're saying if you decriminalize it and then you have a manufactured and controlled sentence. Yes, yes. That's what I'm talking about.
