How Do You Decide if You Need to Leave This Coach?

I was always very ambitious, and if now, if i didn't win races, i'd be livied. I think part of it is my own flora, a bit too impatient. And one of those fools was probably changing my team too much. But ultimately, you're looking for a so nothing different that they might be able to bring to the table that you're not nailing in training and racing.
