Curiosity or Fear?

The idea is to train that curiosity muscle or to awaken it so much that it becomes our natural habitual reaction, you know, or response in the moment. What feels better? Curiosity or fear? Duh. But like you're saying, when we're getting clobbered, it's hard to just like draw it up. So what we do is actually, I train people in a secret mantra, but I have to, he says, two conditions. One, you can't try to sell it to somebody and two, don't ask me how to spell it. That's just the way to kind of peak some curiosity in it.
