There's a bit of expectation management saying this is a terrible trick and bringing the bar down fairly low. There's also there actually a false explanation. Once they've got an explanation, they don't search for an alternative one. So here I say this is all about body language, wiggle of the nose and ridiculous as that,. That is still you latch onto it and you don't look for other possible explanations - which is precisely what I want at that moment. Because it lowers your defenses and I can find the card.
