I'm a lifelong learner. So I constantly, you know, listen to podcasts, books on Audible and buying physical books on Kindle, etc. It could be argued that they're a luxury. Other things, like going to the gym, where does the gym fall into here? Is gym a basic expense in life? Well, it could be if you go to a very, very,. you know, simplistic, basic gym. But for me, when I'm playing tennis, I'm in flow, where I don't think about anything else in the world, apart from just hitting this ball in the best way possible. For me, that's a big mindfulness period in my life
