How to Spark Imagination in Your Executive Team
I'm picturing you bringing in all your expertise with data science, machine learning data into an industry that you're learning newly about. And I think about one leader who once said to me, our industry doesn't have a talent gap. So I guess I'd like to know, do you agree with that or not? And two, I picture how have you been educating your executive team, fostering that imagination about all the things that are possible? Yeah, I absolutely agree with you. We can draw a big picture, but at the end of the day, we also should measure our impact and so that it will be more convincing and more tangible for our business partners.
