The key ingredient of possibility thinking is for any challenge you ask in your life, ask yourself, who is the exception? And how can i imitate the exception? So burn out isthe first thing that turns off the possibility brain. The second thing would be feeling ike I'm pulled in different directions and what to do about it. At home, maybe i set new boundaries but allow me to stabilize myself in that respect. The third thing is already giving up. But experientially people don't realize this as a therapist, their spoken word is i want this to be better in my life.
