Movie Review: The Great Escape
I think the Great Escape certainly counts. It's set in a war camp. I think war has to be integral to the plot. If it's not in a prison camp with the Nazi commanders, is we starting at the Revolutionary War? There were wars before that. Some of these wars have no movies made it. Like, you know, Queen Anne's War. And then last of the Mohicans gets written to sort of establish what kind of wilderness was around this time.
