Ownership has been really good for general practice. It's usually a very sound investment to make. The short term problem we've got at the moment in the GP area is unfortunately with interest rates being so high compared with where they have been recently. But again, fundamentally, if the rent coming in is matching the outgoings, it's a good long term investment.
