Mustapa: The military didn't want people talking to bogoram. Building the relationship with baugran meant talking to men who had set off bombs that had killed nigerians. One of them went to jail for more than a year to try to free these young women. They spent three years at risk of imprisonment, and one was imprisoned for a year. We're trying to end a war here. We're not trying to have humanitarian dialogueth there's actors in the system that felt that way.
