Is Amazon a Complacent Company?
Amazon has a really model, and the model has this runway that's incredibly long. The hard thing about being a horizontal platform like an ebe is that you you have to try to be everything for everyone,. And what what that forces is this kind of lowest common denominator product. I think the number one thing that i see is, is complacency. Although, from what i can tell, amazon is not a complacent company by any means. But certainly there are plenty of examples of companies that got leap frog, that got disrupted in some way by a new company. That is ina part of what we love about start ups.
