The Supreme Court Can Overrule Itself Willy Nilly
Stary decisis is a test that justice ilido walks through, i think he walks through it with integrity and pedentialism. There are some bad cases in american history. And so thank god the supreme court can overrule itself. But at the same time, if the supreme court just overrules itself willy nilly, it undermines what the rule of law.
