Wosik: Most people don't want to look under the hood of their own behavior. It's so am kind of catastrophic to their self identity in this way. People are really scared of their pain. And especially with the notion of a diction, it's really gotten attached to a permanent, unchanging self. Wosik: We know from modern research that there is a real phenomenon a vidiction. But just to put down your phone and to stop and really sit with it, its a difficult thing to do sometimes.
