The Importance of Tracking Performance on the Bike
A lot of people who crash diet typically tend to lose, like they do lose fat, right? But you also lose a lot of muscle mass and, and you losing a lot of water from between both. And one of the things that I've noticed over the years is that we can actually track how well this is going with performance on the bike. It's up to the, to the athlete to, I always say, if you're more hungry than this eat, um, but you're really giving that final check and saying, okay, this is what I'm expecting or not.
