Rebecca Nill has a cochlear implant to help her hear. She was born profoundly deaf after being exposed to German measles as a child. Her hearing aids were industrial strength, sledgehammer, volume but they helped more than most people. Rebecca describes how she became a cyborg from the TED stage.
