The praxis of IOH is definitely an interdisciplinary designed approach. It's not meant to only be a humanistic perspective. Certain disciplines are more explicitly rooted in particular product-oriented understanding of knowledge, gaining knowledge and acquisition of knowledge. If we could move a little bit away from that and into the deeper critical thinking of that, whatever the field is, putting emphasis more on process rather than product in assessment of the outcome. Making evident how one is thinking is a key aspect of the interdisciplinary understanding of dynamic facilitation. What's connected to each other is what I want to point towards.
