The Problem of Separating Kids From Their Caregivers

Dorothy says separating kids from their care givers might seem like its solving an immediate issue, but it often doesn't address the underlying root of the problem. One example she gave was from her teaching days at northwestern law school. She used to take her students to observe real family court proceedings in chicago.
