Airbnb's message is listen, list on Airbnb, forget about the rest. You could do a lot of this stuff for free if you don't have the money. Air cover is only going to benefit one person and one person only. It's just like Airbnb's pricing software tool. Never ever use that because it benefits one person, one person only Airbnb.
