How to Make Content Searchable

For a project to succeed, for a lot of collaborations, especially internally to succeed, you've got to have one or two of these type of people in your group of people. So you need to make T's if you can't find individuals who are T's. And that I think is definitely the next step with search, or accepting that this is how it is. These are the people you have to provide with the right tools so that they can answer questions from the rest of the organization. You can learn so much from these talking with these people as well.
