It's much better to compare yourself to who you used to be than to directly compare yourself to others, especially when you're at a completely different stage. And I think also people don't understand that you're really looking at a highlight reel for everybody, right? People on Instagram, Instagram especially, right? On Twitter, you see the worst of people. But on Instagram, on Instagram, you're typically seeing a highlight reel that's very heavily filtered, literally and metaphorically.
