The Bathhouse

After the civil war, s were passed that made it legally ok to keep black and white people separate. These bath houses were pretty common in american cities in the 18 nineties. They're basically giant pools, but they were mostly for getting clean, not swimming. Back then, poorer people of all races would use the bath house. It was separated by gender, so men and women wouldn't use them together.
