"I don't understand because it seems like the exact wrong theory for the kinds of- a lot of the policies, right, that are being advocated," he says. "We have a tyrannical structure. I mean, clearly, it's oligarchical. It's in us and it's in them (the U.S.) And so it's not merely the bubbling up. No, but we are the leaders in our little worlds."
