I believe really I think people are like losing their shit about it. It's the I don't want to use the word toxic masculinity. That's more of a kind of cooking in higher end cooking where they feel that it has to be Old school everything's gotta be old traditionalist and you're messing it up. You can't hate something without knowing how it works. There was a lot of resistance to it from very very very accomplished chefs. My meat needs to breathe. I heard that a lot actually my meat the beef needs debris. Mm-hmm. So dumb.
