Is This the New Office?

It's interesting because that's kind of part of my job. Job now is troubleshooting from quite a distance. Despite being apart, we're really together but it is an interesting sort of, you know, to do another reach around. It's like the IT department was set up to maintain based on their own policy stuff that works under these conditions at these locations. They're not trained to help somebody do all that. I get way more help when I call Comcast because they're set up to help a dork like me over the phone.
