There are three types of valid monitor that you have: ant alert, emergency or emergency response. Ant alert is when the system can't automatically handle whatever happens but it doesn't need to be looked at immediately. Emergency or emergency response means a person needs to take immediate action and log what they do. Logging involves looking at logs in case there's some sort of event that says "hey, you need to go look at these logs"
