The cannonball loop at Action Park in Denver, Colorado was never built. Lifeguards had to save as many as 30 people every single weekend from the water park's tidal wave pool. After so many injuries, employees were told to weigh potential riders and hose them down before they could pass through the loop. The state quickly shut the ride down before anyone could kill themselves.
