Is It a Safety Car Period or a Restart?
Sergio Perez was given a five second penalty for not following the safety car. The Spaniard had been miles ahead of his team-mate on slicks when he failed to stop in time. He also claimed that it was cold and wet, so couldn't keep up with the Safety Car. But Sebastian Vettel says there is no way Sergio Perez should have got away with such an offence.
