Is There a Data Base for Human Knowledgethi?

A lot of knowledge is not facts, and people don't really understand this. Cultural knowledge is often wrong and and yet vital. So scientific knowledge can be this way too. Reality is actually made up of quanta, mechanical mena that don't act anything like newtonian predictions. And all our opinions and beliefs will be subsumed by better, deeper or more abstract beliefs as we improve knowledge in pretty much every field. That's always going to be a function of social mediation so kora has to be the socially mediated data base of human knowledge.
