If your eyes have been closed, you can open them now. You might feel a bit numb so you might want to have a little bit of a wriggle or a stretch. The other thing I should say is if you noticed your mind wandering, which it almost certainly will do because that's its job, then that's okay as part of the mindfulness training. That's the training. It's a bit like doing a brain workout. Every time it wanders or puppy training, we call it, every time it wandering off, you bring it back.
